The short version

Your analytics data never touches our servers. The KeenStats dashboard is a static web app: your browser talks directly to the analytics backend you host, and the connection details (backend address and access token) are stored only in your browser. The only personal data keenstats.com holds about you is your sign-in identity.

Account information

Signing in to the dashboard uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication (a Google LLC service). We receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier, and use them solely to authenticate you to the dashboard. We do not sell or share this information.

Your analytics data

Analytics collected by your apps is sent to and stored on the backend you operate, on your infrastructure. keenstats.com does not receive, store, or process it. You are the data controller for that data and for any notices or consents your own users require.

Stored in your browser

The dashboard stores your backend connection (URL and access token) and sign-in session in your browser's local storage. These are sent only to your own backend and to Google's authentication service respectively — never to keenstats.com. Signing out or disconnecting removes them.

Launch notifications

If you explicitly ask to be notified when KeenStats launches (the "email me when ready" action), we store your email address for that single purpose and use it to send one launch announcement. Nothing is recorded unless you press the button; email [email protected] to be removed from the list.

This website

keenstats.com collects usage analytics about the website itself — page views, clicks, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address — using KeenStats' own analytics. We use this to understand and improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

Account information is kept while your account exists. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — email [email protected] and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the update will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
